This tool plans refractive surgery for both eyes (OD and OS) at the same time on a single page. From preoperative pachymetry, refraction and corneal parameters, it estimates the residual stromal bed (RSB), the percent tissue altered (PTA), the ablation depth and the tissue volumes for the chosen technique (PRK / TransPRK, LASIK / Femto-LASIK or SMILE / KLEX). Colour-coded alerts compare these values against the surgeon-defined safety thresholds to limit the risk of post-operative ectasia.
